Keramikinlays

Inlays sind keramische Einzelstücke, die sich exakt an den zu füllenden Hohlraum im Zahn anpassen. Sie werden modelliert, gepresst, glasiert und fügen sich in Farbe und Form optimal an. Der verwendete Werkstoff ist äussert stabil und wird mit mehreren Randfüllungen an die Zahnfarbe angeglichen.

Schlussendlich ist die Keramikfüllung mit einer geringen Menge Klebstoff (Zement) zu befestigen. Das ist ein sehr wichtiger Punkt, da der Klebstoff weicher als die Keramik ist und beim Aushärten schrumpft. Je genauer die Keramikfüllung passt, um so mehr ist die Stabilität des Zahnes gewährleistet.
